SHIPPING:
Shipping is free (patterns & wool kits) for US customers. All other items such as wool yardage and finished items are charged $8 per total order
So sorry, but wool kits and wool products are not available for international sales because of the high shipping cost. Patterns are internationally shipped for a flat $3 per order.
I always do my best to mail orders out within 24 hours (except weekends & holidays) after order receipt. My husband makes a post office trip every morning, except for Sunday and holidays.
You will always receive an email which will thank you for the order and let you know when the order will be mailed.
RETURNS: I guarantee 100% complete satisfaction with anything purchased from my website. Within 60 days of purchase, please email me to let me know of any problem. I want to know what’s wrong so that I can do whatever I can to correct it.
Please note: The credit card company charges me a fee on all orders. That fee is not returned to me even if the customer’s payment is fully refunded.
I reserve the right to withhold that fee, as well as the postage cost, on any return that is not the result of my own error or product defect.
